These Terms and Conditions of Use (Terms) apply to your access to and use of the Let’s Party Bus website, webpages, client portal, and any mobile applications, as well as any content, functionality, and services offered on or through them, and our emails, texts, posts, and other electronic messages (collectively, the Site). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Our Site and all content, features, and functionality (including, without limitation, information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Let’s Party Bus and/or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. We may withdraw or amend the Site, and any service or material on it, at our sole discretion without notice. We are not liable if all or any part of the Site is unavailable at any time.
Note: Separate booking, hire, and service terms (including payment, cancellations, safety, conduct, alcohol/smoking, and damage/bond conditions) may apply to the hire of a party bus or related services. If applicable, those service terms will be provided at or before booking and will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
1) Use Licence
We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non‑commercial use only, subject to these Terms. This is a licence, not a transfer of title.
This licence will automatically terminate if you breach these Terms and may be terminated by us at any time for any reason.
When using or accessing the Site, you must not:
modify, copy, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, or create derivative works from any material or services on the Site (Services), except as expressly permitted by law or by us in writing;
use the materials or Services for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent;
attempt to decompile, disassemble, or reverse‑engineer any software on or supporting the Site or Services;
engage in data mining, scraping, crawling, data harvesting, or similar activities in relation to the Site;
remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server; or
use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site or imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
2) User Content and Licence
Content means any audio, video, text, images, reviews, comments, feedback, or other materials you post on or submit to the Site.
By posting Content that is publicly visible, you grant Let’s Party Bus a non‑exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty‑free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute such Content on the Site and in any media for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving our services.
You represent and warrant that your Content is your own (or you have all necessary rights to submit it) and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights (including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality) and does not violate these Terms.
We may remove any Content at any time for any reason without notice.
Without limiting the above, you must not use the Site (including any text entry, upload, or posting capabilities) to post, transmit, or disseminate:
unsolicited communications to persons who have not consented or where you otherwise lack a legal right to contact them;
material that infringes or violates any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights;
illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable content; content harmful to minors; or content that could damage our reputation or that of our service providers;
material related to illegal drugs or unlawful activities;
viruses, malware, worms, trojans, time bombs, cancelbots, or other harmful code; or any signal/impulse designed to cause technical harm; or
false, misleading, or deceptive information.
3) Viruses, Security, and Availability
We cannot and do not guarantee that files available for download from the internet or the Site will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing adequate anti‑virus protections, data accuracy checks, and backups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by distributed denial‑of‑service attacks, viruses, or other technologically harmful material due to your use of the Site or any services or items obtained through it, or your downloading of any material from it or from any website linked to it.
4) Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), the Site and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, and disclaim all implied warranties or conditions, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant the accuracy, likely results, reliability, or availability of the Site or materials, or any websites linked to it.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you may have under the ACL that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. Where our liability under the ACL cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to, at our option, the resupply of the relevant services or the payment of the cost of resupplying the services.
5) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to the ACL:
in no event will Let’s Party Bus, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, or their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption; arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, any linked sites, content on the Site or linked sites, or services or items obtained through them, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, even if foreseeable; and
our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Site is limited to AUD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Let’s Party Bus, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Site, including any use of the Site’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorised; or (c) your Content.
7) Accuracy, Availability, and Changes
The materials on the Site may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. We may change the Site and its materials at any time without notice and have no obligation to update them.
8) Links to Third‑Party Sites
Links to third‑party websites are provided for convenience only. We have not reviewed all third‑party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third‑party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site (in whole or part) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law.
10) Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. By accessing or using the Site after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. Please check this page periodically.
11) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.
12) Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
13) Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms provided at or before booking or using specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Let’s Party Bus regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings and agreements regarding the Site.

For safety or operational reasons, the driver may vary the route or refuse unsafe or unlawful instructions at their discretion.

Deposits are non-refundable (per FAQ).
If you cancel after paying the balance, cancellation fees may apply as set out in your Booking Confirmation.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a fee; your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date if we can accommodate the change.

If rescheduling is not possible, we may offer a credit consistent with applicable law and our Booking Confirmation.
8) Alcohol, Food and Beverages
BYO alcohol is permitted for adult groups only, in accordance with NSW liquor laws. We do not supply alcohol to anyone under 18. No secondary supply to minors. The driver may request ID and may refuse service or terminate a trip if illegal supply or unsafe intoxication occurs.
Optional drink packages and grazing platters may be available—ask at booking. Some packages may require final headcounts and prepayment by a set date.
For safety, we may restrict glass on board and require cans/plastic/boxed only. We may also limit certain food types to reduce spillages and keep the bus safe and clean. Any such restrictions will be stated in your Booking Confirmation or by your driver on the day.

You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers in your group.
Prohibited onboard: illegal drugs, smoking or vaping, dangerous or flammable items, and any unlawful activity.
Dangerous, abusive, threatening, or excessively intoxicated behaviour will not be tolerated. We may refuse entry, require individuals to alight, or terminate the service without refund.
You must not interfere with the driver or vehicle controls, or engage in any behaviour that compromises safety.
10) Cleaning, Damage and Security Bond
Please keep the vehicle tidy. Standard cleaning is included; however, excessive mess (e.g., spills, confetti, glitter, food residues) or biohazard cleaning (e.g., vomit) will incur additional cleaning fees.
You are responsible for the cost of repairing any damage to the vehicle or equipment caused by you or your group (including scratching, cutting, breaking, or damaging seats, fixtures, lighting, or audio-visual equipment).
If a security bond is specified in your Booking Confirmation, it may be used to cover cleaning, damage, extra time, or other chargeable items. Additional costs beyond the bond remain payable by you.
11) Timeliness, Delays and Overruns
Please ensure your group is ready to depart at the scheduled times. Late departure may reduce your hire time or incur waiting/overtime charges.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, or events outside our control. We will act reasonably to minimise delays.
If your hire overruns the booked time and we can continue, additional charges will apply in the increments and at the rates set out in your Booking Confirmation.
12) Lost Property
Check the vehicle before you disembark. We are not responsible for lost or left-behind items. If we find items, we may hold them for a reasonable period; collection is at your cost and risk.

If we wish to capture or use photos/videos for our marketing, we will request consent where required.

If you or any passengers have accessibility, mobility, or dietary requirements, please tell us at booking. We will let you know what we can reasonably accommodate for the specific vehicle assigned.
15) Compliance and ID Checks
We comply with NSW Point to Point Transport regulations and applicable road and liquor laws.
We may conduct ID checks and refuse carriage for non-compliance (e.g., suspected underage drinking).
16) Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers (where offered) are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Vouchers will have an expiry of at least three years unless otherwise required by applicable law. Redemption is subject to availability.
17) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, and loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable consumer guarantees under the ACL. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupply.
18) Termination and Refusal of Service
We may refuse or terminate a service where safety, legal compliance, or these Hire Terms are compromised. Fees already incurred (including the non-refundable deposit) will not be refunded, and additional costs caused by the termination remain payable.
19) Changes to Hire Terms
We may update these Hire Terms at any time. The version that applies to your booking will be the version in place at the time you pay your deposit (unless a later change is required by law, in which case that change will apply).
